as has been covered in this thread and in the articles posted, there has recently been a change in the environment with new bungalows close to the water and guests feeding them. Article posted cited workers claiming they had warned their bosses of increasing alligator activity.

Also, just because something hasn't happened doesn't mean it won't. You don't get a get out of jail free card the first time you're negligent.

I understand legally that Disney will pay, though they will surely just settle out of court. I just have a hard time getting mad at Disney for not having an extra warning sign for something that has literally never happened.
