I was lucky enuf to get a copy at the downtown Borders back in the day when I lived in Chicago. Unfortunately I opened it to have a look but doing that killed a lot of any profit I would make if I ever sold it.

Im pretty sure if the house was on fire I would grab the kids first then the book.
