Right now,Josh Harrison (Pirates) & this Justin Bour from the Marlins would have looked pretty good in Cub uniforms. I'm not blaming anybody though because all teams have guys like this playing well for someone else.

People always say about Brock being worst trade ever but these 2 trades are equally as bad.

Look at his stats against LHP.

He has never had more than 410 AB in a season.

He is a butcher at first. That is why they switch him out in late innings.

He hit two home runs against the Cubs. That doesn't make a career.

he was kinda like hideo nomo; once people figured out a way around the wind up hijinx, they realized there wasn't much more behind it. but while he was dominant he was fun to watch. except against the cubs.

Remember everyone lamenting Chris Archer? 7-17 this year. Good shot to lose 20. I'm sure the metrics will show he should be 17-7 but just doesn't get any run support .

Well, on almost any other team he wouldn't be 7-17, that is for sure. His ERA+ is 98...just about league average. Mix that in with a bad Rays offense and you have a pitcher who would be a couple games under .500.

I'd be trying to buy low.
