Right Seacrest. Recent time has show time and again where radio is going. It really does not matter what your history or performance has been. Everyone's next contract will be stagnant at best and more commonly smaller than your previous one.

I think its safe to say that no one is going to get much of a raise.

If Mac thinks he can step in and get Terry's money, he has another thing coming. Middays don't pay that much.

If mac were smart, he would sign a low base contract with incentive payments based on ratings or ad revenue.
