He's a dude from Italy that used to have a great little Italian restaurant and sold it to do gourmet burgers but their pizza and pasta is great also.

Mike my cholesterol was 260 four years ago. Red meat and portion sizes were the major drivers. I gave it up, and it dropped below 180 within six months. I won't ever go back. I also lost 35 pounds in that six month time period. Quite happy with the results.

I get you but was having fun. I still eat steak a couple time a month but in my new life I have replaced virtually all red meat with other options. Particularly hamburger has been replaced with ground turkey in almost everything we make. Done correctly I usually do not even notice. I have had similar health results but not as drastic. When going out I still will have a nice burger.
