Ladies and Gents, it is the weekend, and it's time to vote for some douchebags.
The winner of week 1 was none other than the creator himself, Bigfan. We all know the story, bigfan builds the board, decides to see the board, goes section 8, tries to kill the board, build a new board and now is muttering to himself like that weird guy on the Madison Street bridge by the entrance to union station. Congratulations, biggie, you've joined and elite crew, and now you have a chance to compete against the next 12 winners of the poll, and, god willing, you might beat them for a chance to win the 2016-17 Douchebag of the Year! This week we've got basketball players, school employees, talk show hosts, serial killers, and a Chicago baseball team, so sit back, zip up your fly and vote!
Karl Malone: Karl Malone doesn't want you to eat chicken babies, and apparently he doesn't want to take care of his own babies. This guy has been spreading more seed than Scotts Turfbuilder but he's not terribly interested in feeding the lawn after the seed... germinates. Our very own Johnny Appleseed, Nas, has nominated Karl, and would probably like to see his nomination grow into a contender for the year's end award. So, if you support Nas better than Malone supports his kids, vote for Karl.
Superintendent Rosemary Hendricks: Hendricks was nominated by Don Tiny because among other things like being hired and fired more than Billy Martin she made more money suing her employer than she made ever working for them on and off for years. They literally used the kids milk money to pay her off. What the hell is going on over there? Does it make them douchebags?
Michael Savage: I can honestly say that I don't know who this guy is but if he bitches about NPR and claims global warming is good, he's my guy! However, successful mult Linderman Edgewater thinks this makes him a douchebag. I guess he's some kind of over the top right wing talk show host, the kind of guy that my Aunt Marsha would just fall in love with ("Hey, Darko, you been listenting to Rush?" "No Marsha, I stopped that shit when I went to college 20 years ago" "Oh but the world needs him now more than ever!"). I don't know if growing tomatoes and putting calamari in a mushroom sauce makes you a douchebag but if so, vote here!
leashyourkids: Another nomination by Don Tiny goes out to notorious shitposter leash. Leash is probably a convicted felon, global warming denier, and serial killer, but Don really isn't bothered by these things, it's the goddamn double posts and his likely membership in the Methodist church that sets him off. Leash has killed more people than smallpox with his toxic shitposting, but does it make him a douchebag?
White Sox: The Sox started off hotter than leash in a preschool beauty pageant audience but have cooled off faster than leash in an Atlanta strip club, and Frank Coztansa, perpetual Sox fan, has had enough. He still holds out hope that they can make the playoffs in time for a quick exit but douchebags them nevertheless. The Sox are who we thought they are. And if you thought they were douchebags, vote here.
