Denis is free to post wherever he wants. I'm still just completely baffled as to why anybody would want to post at bigfan's new place the way it is now. About 80% of the posts is the same inane ramblings that bigfan posted here. There is literally nothing positive about his new site. I think jimmypasta is the 3rd leading poster over there (behind the bagman and Denis), and his post count was at like 11 last time I saw

denisdman is not denis dman. It is "Den is da man" or "Dennis is the man". Yeah it makes no sense. My brother in law just calls me penisdman......

In any case, it goes back to some co-worker who used to say "you da man" to me all day long for years. So when I came up with a Yahoo e-mail address, I made it denisdaman@. I lost that ID in an unfortunate Yahoo Finance Message Board incident. So I shortened it to denisdman@. It stuck ever since.

I can dislike how someone is posting and still like that person. For instance, I don't like Kirkwood's Sox fan trolling. I like Kirkwood a lot.

I am as about as direct as it gets. I just posted exactly what I dislike about this board. Now you can do your little dance around and post another 10,000 times to beat me into submission. It is everything I hate you. I really should just ignore you cause you're going to win this argument anyway, not by logic, but merely with volume.

Good question. I don't know. I created that ID nearly 20 years ago, and it has stuck.

As a side note, my dad has the same first name as me, so most of my friends call me "D", which lends itself to the moniker "Dman". My clash ID has Dman in it, and ironically, I am in a clan called "Dman" even though it is not my clan.
