After the cop pulls the gun he says something like "I swear to God don't move." But it isn't clear what causes him to pull the trigger. Is the guy reaching for something with his other arm?

There has to be a reason to cause him to fire like that. But these days I guess anything is possible. That cop just ruined the lives of a lot of people and most critically the victim and his family.

Who fired the first shot? I think I saw a video someone took from their car the first time and I only heard 1 shot and assumed that the guy near his head accidentally fired it. That looks really fucked up. They were restraining him and still shot him multiple times.

I watched it again and now I see that the cop with hair shot him. Yikes! The guy didn't appear to be moving and they appeared to have him under control.
