I didn't see a Veep thread. Just flew through the first two seasons over the last week. Reminds me of Curb. Worth a watch if you enjoy laughing. Gary and Noah are the best.

The latest season was great. So many great insults were given, and the cast is just perfect.

It is a very good show. I usually laugh out loud at least once or twice an episode.

Show is hilarious. Sad part about it is that it is probably damn near the reality of politics and politicians. Bunch of dumb shits.

There was a thread I believe I started when the show began but haven't watched the latest season. I figured I would just binge
watch it sometime.

Great season the fact that they made Jonah a congressman felt very much like real life considering how idiotic the majority of our representatives are

As always I'd recommend fans of this show check out Iannucci's earlier British political satire The Thick of It. Or at least see the movie In the Loop.

Funniest show currently on television. I was worried the quality would dip this past season since Iannucci left the show but it was still good. My only real beef is the cast bloat and it seemed that Selina had more screen time this season than in the past. I'm usually more entertained by the ensemble cast (Ben, Ken, Jonah, Richard) than Selina.

Is anyone still watching this? I have been very disappointed in Season 6. Selina is dumber, meaner, and worst of all, both she and she show are not as funny as they once were.

She's gone from being inconsiderate, somewhat rude, but mostly oblivious to just being a total bitch. There has still been some funny back-and-forth between the other characters but overall the show isn't nearly as funny or enjoyable as it was during the first several seasons.

I haven't watched the last two seasons, just kind of lost interest.

I haven't noticed a drop off, but don't really think about it that much. I still think the show is great, but I could see the argument that it's lost some of its luster now that Selina is out of office and MANY of the other characters are spread out over different story lines.

I will say that I do enjoy "Jonah the congressman" this season quite a bit. I expect this show to eventually end with Jonah becoming President.

My wife binge watches this show. I don't think it is a very good way to consume the product. When I sit down to watch it with her all the jokes seem the same with nothing particularly funny.

Series finale will probably be Jonah being named president and Selina becoming Veep, again.

So I need to get caught up? I haven't really watched it in 4 years.

I finally finished the most recent season of this show, and boy what a letdown. Every prior season was very well done, but this season just fell flat and had zero direction. Many of the characters being in different areas of employment didn't help the flow of the show either, and I wasn't happy with how everything ended in the finale. Honestly, the show could and should have ended at the end of last season. I'm really hoping this show gets back to its roots next year, and hopefully finishes strong.

I've been binge watching this again. Man, Roger Furlong has to be one of the best characters ever created.

I watched the first 3 or 4 seasons and then lost interest.
