of course. But Dan would quote Eminem, that Will Smith doesn't have to cuss to sell records but I do.

And whether he's right or your right, that's never going to be answered in the ratings...

Cussing is far different then ruining someone's reputation. To equate the two is preposterous.

If it is sini I would like to say how much I did not like the entire segment where Rozner talks about his made up volcano thing for the election.

I like Rozner when he is being normal. I think it's because he actually follows sports and knows about things. When he goes into the fake meatball thing no thanks.

I never really understood how often Rozner goes to the "Bern-STINE, you're an idiot!" well until I listened for a prolonged period last week...and Holy Mother of God, does Rozner have a nervous tick or something, some compulsion to say that exact phrase with the exact same voice over and over again throughout the show?

i think Bernstein enjoys it though. it always seems to send him into his meatball voice schtick. i like rozner and bernstein together because it more often than not leads to Dan cutting loose and not being such a pretentious asswad

if you think a further and further obscured radio host ruined Bryant's reputation, you may want to check yourself.

Saying that someone can't preform their job well because they drink too much is defamation per se. That's why Danny would never say it outright. Duke journalism classes, or daddy, taught him that.

Would Bryant have to prove actual malice from Dan in alleging defamation per se?

No, Bryant would have to prove that Dan made this all up, which Bryant cannot do.

Illinois is not quite as harsh on the actual malice for public figures as some other states. Defamation per se gets you to presumed damages and opens the door for punitive damages.

Maybe we can get a class action lawsuit going with Bryant, Sharp, and Joe Paterno.
