After today anyone who actually believes the stuff he says is a moron. His previous stance (at least when it came to basketball) was all that matters is a championship. The season is a failure if you haven't won a championship.

That he now chooses to indirectly qualify that statement when it comes to the Cubs should tell you all you need to know. Dan is the Skip Bayless of the great lakes region. I wonder if it burns him up at night knowing that the Bayless family had the more culturally relevant sports talker/chef sibling combo. Though Dan probably blames his sister for that failure.

Well, it changed for Dan after "Boob Gate". He now has to pretend to be sympathetic. He now has to pretend to care about women. Cuz when they sign Brandon Marshall he was "I don't care that he's a wang whipping girl beater, CATCH THE DAMN FOOTBALL."

"Boobs" changed Dan. It's just a "save the career" thing. That's all. So now he has to fake outrage about violence against women. Truth, he doesn't care.
