You can go out on whatever limb you choose. But when you make the decision to be used as a public pawn by a political party, then you should know there should be questions to follow.

His anger isn't misplaced. He's focusing on Trump because Trump wants to ban all Muslims. Somehow because of their faith they don't have the ability to love America. He's tell him and all the other Islamophobes that there aren't MANY other ways to prove you love your country than giving your life for it. That's a sacrifice that Trump and MANY other people (like you and I) have been unwilling to make.

That's a mischaracterization as well.

He wants to ban them all from entering. Ridiculous on either count.

I agree that it's not workable. But when you look at the percentage of these "refugees" that have caused problems in Europe already, it's not a statement based in "bigotry". The West isn't at war with Islam. Islam has declared war on the West.

Let's start here.

Where did Trump say Muslims don't love America?

Like you and MANY others here Trump believes that Islam is incompatible with Western values. He wants to ban people like Mr Khan and his son and force others to prove their loyalty.

That's a distinction they have to make for themselves.

Can one be a Christian without believing Jesus is the Son of God?

That question didn't require a question in response. It's straightforward. And I always accept credible sources. Don't respond with what your chiropractor says it is.

That's a pretty lame answer. There's been what, 100,000 or more refugees that have gone to Europe? What's the percentage?

FWIW, I agree on some levels that it is a "problem." I also think we beat around the bush too much regarding the influence Islam has. I mean, I'm sure he'll say some crazy ass shit to inflame even those who are with us against terrorism, but what the hell does that accomplish? To imply that Trump will somehow be "better" against terrorism because he's an obnoxious blowhard isn't logical.

I specifically said I don't think he has the answers. I'm not sure anyone does.

For terrorism? Yeah, there are answers to how most of it can be stopped.

Of course it matters. JORR is using the percentage as a factual basis for why his phobia of Islam is rational. Have you been following the discussion? It's entirely relevant.

I have no phobia. There are approximately 200 million Muslims that want you and me dead. You can pretend that isn't the case, but I'm not sure what purpose that serves.

The percentage of "refugees" that have run amok in Europe is unimportant. The point is that many of them have.

If I gave you a bushel of apples and said ten percent or even one percent were poison would you order me to eat them while screaming, "NOT ALL APPLES!"?

That question didn't require a question in response. It's straightforward. And I always accept credible sources. Don't respond with what your chiropractor says it is.

My chiropractor says frequent adjustments will increase blood flow to your brain.

It doesn't matter what the percentage is.

Of course it matters. JORR is using the percentage as a factual basis for why his phobia of Islam is rational. Have you been following the discussion? It's entirely relevant.

Fair enough. You are correct, and I was wrong. I'm sorry.

You should still go to my chiropractor though.

I may just have to make an appointment now.

Another red herring, Seriously? Like JORR said in his original post, his anger seems to be misplaced.

Islam has done nothing of the sort. People who have twisted Islam into something unrecognizable is at war with the west.

Now you're trying to define who is a "real Muslim".

A lot of these quotes are from crazy people, and I'm naturally skeptical, but I'm willing to hear the underlined guy out.

I totally agree but I wanted to point out that there are a few religious people who think that trump is ordained by God to become president.

And you don't believe that there are Democrats that believe the same thing about Hillary?

Just say your biased, it takes up less space and we have to pay for storage here.

What if there are? What is the point?

Does the same thing apply to the christian people you quoted, or just to Islam?
