Trump's not running to be the actual, operative Chief Executive of the USA. Trump's running to take over the White House / Executive branch and appoint whom he wants to run it.

The Apprentice: White House edition.

It's amazing how the elite always seem to get "Their Guy" in, no matter what. The UniParty will then have two people that are Anti-American, no-nation, no border, open society shitbags on the ballot.

When you talk a step back it really is quite amazing....The "Sander's Revolution" was co-opted, smashed, bought off, stuffed in the trunk of an 1967 Oldsmobile Delmont 88 and driven off a bridge into the icy depths with Ole' Bernie swimming to safety and his lawyers house. If Trump gets pushed out his following will suffer the same fate as one of Bill Clinton's rape victims.

All will go back to normal and the continued rape and destruction of the United States of America can continue unabated. Of course this time, if Clinton gets in, you'll see the first direct assault on the 1st and 2nd Amendments to really get the party started.

Uniparty Uber Alles.

Don't get me wrong... I actually agree with him on this one - crying babies are awful. But you don't say that at a rally of your own supporters. And there's no way he doesn't know better.

I'd consider voting for him if he does this more often. Up the ante and ban all babies from restaurants and bars and I'm fully on board the Trump train!

He's much, much more than that.

Colt .45.... it works every time.

Indeed, Billy, indeed.

National Review was way out in front on the Trump hate. I think they did an issue dedicated to why Trump can't win.

I have no idea how it works. But I'd like to revise my prediction. I don't think he makes it past this week.

Heard this morning that the RNC makes the call on a replacement if he drops out. He has to do it by the first week in September.

Trump is a full fledged pariah at this point. His candidacy is nothing more than perpetual mop up and walk back operation at this point. No policy conversation. Nothing in the way of contrast between he and Hillary.

People that voted for him during the primary should feel duped at this point. People who felt that the system was wretched and really felt great about getting the outside guy for no other reason than being the outside guy have to be proud.

There is a reason that experience matters. There is a reason that competency matters. This is why.

If Trump were to be replaced as the nominee, how could anyone else get their name on the ballot at this point? Don't signatures need to be collected MANY months in advance?

Back in the spring, I didn't think either hrc17@ or Drumpf would be their party's standard-bearer come November. I can still see Hillary bowing out--what Assange is saying matches up with what FBI Director James Comey cagily noted was the real target of their on-going investigation.

Trump drop-out? Why? Cuz Khantroversey? makes zero sense. His voters are eating that shit up like Patriot fans reading reports on cold-weather impacting PSI in leather inflatables.

That makes one of us.

I wish the source below were different, but given this dope's history it's hard to have any particularly significant doubt about the veracity of the account.

http://www.cnbc.com/2016/08/03/trump-asks-why-us-cant-use-nukes-msnbcs-joe-scarborough-reports.html

Donald Trump asked a foreign policy expert advising him why the U.S. can't use nuclear weapons, MSNBC's Joe Scarborough said on the air Wednesday, citing an unnamed source who claimed he had spoken with the GOP presidential nominee.

"Several months ago, a foreign policy expert on the international level went to advise Donald Trump. And three times [Trump] asked about the use of nuclear weapons. Three times he asked at one point if we had them why can't we use them," Scarborough said on his "Morning Joe" program.

Scarborough made the Trump comments 52 seconds into an interview with former Director of Central Intelligence and ex-National Security Agency Director Michael Hayden.

Scarborough then asked a hypothetical question to Hayden about how quickly nuclear weapons could be deployed if a president were to give approval.

"It's scenario dependent, but the system is designed for speed and decisiveness. It's not designed to debate the decision," Hayden said.

Hayden was CIA director from 2006 to 2009 during the George W. Bush presidency. He was the National Security Agency director from 1999 to 2005, spanning the presidencies of Bill Clinton and George W. Bush.

CNBC reached out to the Trump campaign via email and was awaiting a response.

Good point.

FWIW, President Elizabeth Warren has the signatures and is eligible to be on the ballot in all 50 states, should she or the Democrats so choose. Her supporters did that just in case....

The people who are freaked out by Trump talking that way about nukes or Trump giving Khan a world of shit were never gonna vote for Trump in the first place. Trump's firing up his base, and that's not us. Image

The full weight of the Republican Party is about to come down on him. I think a number of people associated with his campaign are going to start bowing out. Fundraising will start drying up. He is not going to fund his own campaign. The media is going to now turn on him. No more anytime anyday access. In essence his shit for the first time stinks.

Unlike Trump they are career politicians. They have to think about their political futures. He is toxic for anyone associated with him at this point. Yes he has diehard voters but so does anyone else that has ever run for President. He really isn't running a Presidential campaign anyway. Do you really think that he has an organization?
He has spent 5 days and counting on a guy that was a virtual unknown this time last week.
This is the big leagues now and while everyone else is taking chartered flights he is still being transported via Trailway Bus Trips.

How is that different than the primaries? Trump had no org then and still bested a crowded, insanely well-funded field of competitors. Jeb Bush spent something like $10,000 per vote he rec'd.

If the Repubs had a hammer to drop that could take out Trump, Repubs could've/should've/would've during the primaries, would've made more sense.
Maybe they tried and failed.

btw, political campaign debt is fully dischargeable in bankruptcy...and the campaign itself only has to declare, not the candidate.

His campaign infrastructure is probably in tatters at this point. If his staff quits which I think they will he is done.
