Yeah the Schaumburg bus is nice but you need to leave immediately after the game, plus, if you've been drinking it's a long ride without being able to take a pee.

Pro tip

There is a Shell station at Halsted & Addison. For $25, you can park in their lot. The $ is then donated to the Childrens Miracle Network. Take Halsted to Belmont to LSD after the game and you are out of the heavy traffic in amount 15 minutes.

People hopping on the red line post game at Addison crack me up when they all enter from the south entrance on Addison instead of the north alley entrance. You won't die entering an alley! I promise!!!

Keep it down about the alley entrance, please.

We have been taking the Skokie Swift in a lot this season. It was shut down last year. There's a Binny's right by the Swift to grab a couple of tall boys or whatever, for the ride in. It's nice to get off the Red Line at Sheridan and walk the rest of the way. There's a nice quiet bar to stop in for a cocktail a block down from the stop. If it's running, the Purple Line express skips all the Red Line stops and drops you at Sheridan or Belmont. It's nice to avoid the crowd at Addison.

Park in front of Captain Nemo's on Ashland one block north of Addison for free. Go into Nemo's for a sub. Take a pleasant walk east on Grace to the stadium. Cheap and almost no hassle from crowds.
