Martinez did throw "high & tight" on an 0-2 count on Russell. Not sure what the F Montgomery was doing or if it really was one that got away on Holliday...breaking his thumb. I hope no Cubs get injured because of payback. If so...I go directly to Montgomery and kick him square in the nuts!
