I threw a heavy glaze on it. I usually don't do that. Not that heavy.

Test will be in 10 or so when we rip into some.

Anyone know a divorce lawyer? My wife goes to the store for meat, when
I come inside to grab the steak, my horror is a plate of chicken burgers.

Justifiable homicide if I have ever heard it.

Smoke ring - fail. No smoke taste.

Overall taste was very good. Perfect tenderness.

Need more wood smoke for next time. Experimental gas grill smoking.

Do you make your own sauce or buy one?

I love mustard base sauces but never found a good one so I always made my own. Then I found a commercial one that was better than mine. So I stopped trying.

Just curious.

Rub Some Butt - Carolina Style.

You can get it at Bass or Lowe's. Good stuff.

Mix it in with honey if you want some sweetness.

RIP Walter.

Charred hash browns with a homemade béchamel sauce topped with slow-smoked BBQ ribs (off the bone) and covered with homemade creamed corn.

I might open a restaurant for this. At least a food truck.

I'm not gonna lie.

It was amazing.

Special thanks goes out to Mrs. Dr. Ken who made the hash browns, béchamel sauce, and creamed corn for her minor contribution.

Why do you serve it on an upside down plate?

Bone-in strip steaks
baked potatoes
grilled asparagus (olive oil, salt, and pepper before they go on. Garlic butter and lemon after they come off the grill)

After years of not having a grill I finally bought one this week. Just doing Italian sausages tonight, but am going to be grilling the rest of this summer/fall like a mother fucker.

I don't know what I would do without a grill. I have two, one gas, one charcoal. I grill during winter.
