To say her support has declined you have to see where those polls had her before. She went up in Reuters and stayed the same in the others.

What part of "includes old polls" is not clear? RCP's average goes back ~2-3 weeks (it varies arbitrarily). Their current "average" includes polls from last week that reflect hrc17@'s convention bump. Image
