I'm not saying he's courting minorities. On some level he has to know he won't get their votes. At least whoever is running his campaign understands that. But Trump is not a candidate who can be "managed". That's why his campaign is so disjointed. And I think when he starts talking, he knows,
he just knows, "well why wouldn't blacks and Hispanics vote for me? I'll do more for them than Hillary."
