Yeah, that's the thing. You can say that one person had an imbalance and then used drugs that caused him/her to go off, but all 3? One of the folks at my office had a child recently with a very serious disability. He's something like 18 months. Here in the US we don't have treatment for this so literally they have to go to Ecuador to get stem cell injections. It would take something like 5 10k treatments not including travel and lodging. So they took up a collection at the office. And my employer matched all donations.
I found out this week that they raised enough to get the first treatment... and the response was positive.


This thread made me feel sick as shit and that article made my eyes water. Just thought you'd like to hear something random and positive.

This is the thing that I always think is off. No way I believe the people that commit these crimes are all mentally ill. Some people are sick evil fuckers, maybe that is mentally ill to some. Maybe they are just stupid weak fuckers, that's not the same as mentally ill. There is no reasoning, no way of explaining, no real cure, or amount of treatment will help them.

This is one of those cases that makes me really re-evaluate my already fence sitting stance on the death penalty.
