So, he went to Mexico, met with the Mexican president, said they didn't discuss who would pay for the wall (even tho the Mexican prez said they did and that Mexico wouldn't pay for it), and only hours later said that Mexico would pay for the wall and just didn't know it yet. Is that about right? And if that is right, how the fuck is this guy polling at 40+%?
