Not knowing sign language well enough to communicate with a lot of participants.

People generally not giving a shit about their job... Just gotta show up and be there right? And not realizing what it takes to do the job safely... Wont happen to you right? But we just gotta get it done. And having to call other companies multiple times for the same request because questions sit unanswered for weeks on end.

I just crossed over to inspecting. No more freezing, winter rooftops fixing a heater. No more sweating in 95 degree weather fixing a chiller.

The toughest part of the job so far is learning an entirely new computer system that is a mystery wrapped in an enigma to almost everyone in the office!

Moving from a two-man shop to a huge corporation with tons of industry and government oversight. I couldn't stand the lazy, listless, poorly-trained people hiding behind an archaic, confusing system more likely to exasperate problems than fix them (If it were not for the grotesque overpayment part).
