This could describe every "good" game of Cutler's career.

Cutler was complete shit in the second half. Can't be spun any other way.

He was also under pressure almost every drop back in the second half.

That INT is on White. He literally just stopped running his route. Regardless, the Bears lose even if that INT never happens.

He had a knee and an elbow down. We went over this in chat.

He didn't have an elbow down.

You only need one knee. He got the knee down.

You guys watched with your eyes closed today?

(Or an ass, since his knee and ass touched at the same time.)

Thank you.

Madden had an excellent book years ago. One knee equals two feet.

The fact that this was Cutler as he was "sharp" is the reason they absolutely must move on from him this offseason.

He got outplayed by Brock Osweiller who the Broncos let walk and said "Well, we can just trade for Mark Sanchez".

This was the type of game that your quarterback needs to go out and win and instead it is basically just "He was ok I guess".

This offseason maybe should have been last offseason. The guy backing him up had a better regular season in 2015.

I agree with most of what you're saying, but the offensive line provided minimal protection. Especially, in the second half, right? I didn't watch, but that seems to be the number one critique I'm reading.

Yes, the Oline sucked. Which lead to MANY 3 and outs, which lead to a gassed defense, which ultimately lead to Houston points. The final score could/should have been more like 31-14.

So this is going to be 2012 all over again?

There comes a time when a qb needs to overcome it though.

When you have Trevor Siemian behind center you can expect perfection from everyone else in order for him to be able to perform.

2012 Bears went 10-6. I think the best this year's Bears can do is the reverse of that record.

Yikes. I don't even know if they can win 6 as a best case. That first half had me sort of thinking that it was going to be another mediocre 8-8 season but the second half had me thinking that they could win 2-3 games and get a high draft pick.

Outside of yesterday, the front half of their schedule is relatively easy. I expect a long losing streak from late October - December.

Every team in the division won except the Bears, Green Bay went down to Florida n pulled one out in 112 degree sauna..the Bears are destined to be 5-11.

It's never Jays fault. Sure the defense was forced to continue to go out there time and time again and not given a chance to rest for a bit. Yes there were alot of 3 and outs. Yes Jay played poorly in the 2nd half. None of this is Jay's fault though.

Sarcasm

It was the first time this unit ever played together, so I wouldn't be too hard on them. And it was Whitehair's first ever NFL game, having to go against Wilfork. He held his own against the big guy, I thought.

No reason to panic about the line. Once they figure things out and gel more, I think they could be good together.

I thought he looked sharp in the first half. It seemed he was completing timing patterns, where he was dropping back and then throwing right away to a spot. That changed in the second half, where he was waiting for guys to get open, and they weren't. Don't know why Loggains went away from the timing patterns, because they were working against the Texans secondary.
