she doesn't seem to be able to make a public appearance without some sort of coughing fit, uncontrollable movements or now this. but you're right, if she hadn't gone out and made these appearances and exhibited signs of ill-health in public, she'd be in better shape in the election. if she hibernates now, it'll ramp-up the talk that she's chronically ill and hiding something.

I've commented several times that she is trying to win by default. But the problem is, she is letting others set the narrative. The Breitbart's are able to make an issue of her health when it could be easily dispelled by keeping an active interview schedule with the main stream media. Trump does interviews all thew time, and Clinton is never on with reporters. Then she gets caught on video, and boom, it solidifies the right's narrative.

The same thing has happened with the e-mail scandal and some of the DNC revelations about Bernie. Others are setting the narrative, and then facts come out that play into that narrative.
