If he's elected (which is a coinflip IMO) there's still a couple months as president-elect. During this time people will, as they always do, leap at opportunities for the job. You may actually stumble into some very talented people who get a surprise opportunity with him in office. Even then, competent people can always be found for these jobs. If you can find a GM for the Cleveland Browns every other year you can find a Secretary of State.
