Lily was crated for 8 months, then we let her out and she destroyed pillows and a wicker basket. we then crated her again for another 2-3 months, but she has free reign now.

she jumps on the bed between 2am-3am and i'm sleeping so, she outsmarted us on that end. We tried to keep her off the couches, but that was a miserable fail as well.

They can, but I think it's overblown. I know a lot of people with pets, but I can't think of a single one who dresses them up (I've never met Frank) or acts as though they're a human.

There's been all sorts of studies (no I'm not pulling the links up for you) about the problem solving abilities of cats and the social intelligence of dogs. Is this a bible thing? I'm confused. Animals can think and feel. I thought that was common knowledge.
