I agree... directly. The problem is that some of his strongly held religious beliefs are offensive to those who don't hold them. And he's more than willing to share them as though they're gospel.

I try to get along with Seacrest, but some of his thoughts that he's more than willing to share - in a completely condescending way - make it impossible for me. It's fine - I'll just try to avoid him.

Do you really think there's no ambiguity in this? If you were saying that the statement you quoted was literally a lie, you'd be implying that I said my daughter was an affront to God. But I didn't. I said it's what you were saying.

Let me help you... a better way to word it would be for you to say (from your perspective) "that's a lie that I said that."

THAT is what would actually make sense.

So, to answer your question, yes there's a ton of ambiguity in what you said. In fact, it doesn't make a lot of sense.

Just so we're clear, my daughter was conceived via IVF. That's because my wife , whose life mission was to have children, had health problems that initially threatened her life. She overcame these issues but not to the point that she could conceive children naturally (at least not without severe health risks). So we paid tens of thousands of dollars to try... with no guarantee it would work... but with the peace of mind that we tried... for her.

The great news is that it worked, and we have a beautiful daughter for the wear. I love her to death.

Seacrest wouldn't disparage my daughter directly, I'm sure. But his arrogant religious beliefs do indirectly disparage my entire family. For him to whine about religious persecution is pathetic. He and his kind negatively impact our way of life through their archsic views. That is a fact.

It's easy to criticize concepts and then act like a good guy for specific examples. It's also fake. If there is a God, he's not looking down kindly on Seacrest's kind
