This is a stereotype that was absolutely true in my case. My sister and I thought I was the French Room when we were little. Nothing in the décor bespoke this. We just kind of shrugged and thought it was one of those things, like the Cape Cod Room at The Drake, which is festooned with neither fish nor capes.
