Trump won the first half and got smoked in the second half. If he would have turned everything to the economy he would have won. When he was pounding that topic, he was rolling. Hillary's meds must have finally kicked in the second half because she was throwing haymakers and landing them left and right. This should be the beginning of the end now. I'd be shocked if his poll numbers didn't start dropping now.

Although her line about "I was preparing for this debate and preparing to be president" was cringeworthy at best and vomit inducing at worst.

I didn't hear the final third of the debate until this morning.

Wow! Nicely done, Donald! You managed to talk in circles for a good 20 out of 30 minutes about nothing in particular while insulting women, the New York Times, the moderator, and a number of our allies. Also, the "go call Sean Hannity" was a nice touch.

What is his deal with using adjectives as subjective nouns? "The cyber," "The nuclear", "The blacks"... what a joke.

She destroyed him. She just gave him enough rope to hang himself. Of course, the polls will likely remain unchanged.

Well, I don't see how anyone who watched last night wouldn't prefer Clinton as president. I don't think she needed any help, but she did get some. Questions about the birther crap and off-hand comments 15 years ago on Howard Stern aren't exactly issues oriented. Wouldn't questions about Benghazi or the uranium fields have been more pertinent?

Well, The Donald came out as expected, looking like a non politician. He needs to keep on point and refrain from the winded stories where he sometimes circles back on a topic. Clinton came out sounding much like a politician, her experience showed, she sounded very intellectual, but looked like a complete ass. What was the nonstop grinning and the shoulder shimmys? Trump's lack of political experience showed. I do love that she is the one with the personal digs, while Trump kept all insults business level. He needs to brush up on this debate thing and I anticipate he will come out much stronger next time around. Think the Town Hall debate will be much more his style. Romney owned Obama, so I won't feel too strongly bout this one either way.

For the common man, who watched 30 minutes, they heard Trump say he's lowering taxes and sticking it to China and Mexico for taking jobs. That may have worked.

Trump makes those things issues. Also, I don't think he was asked a question about Howard Stern... he was asked about his support (or lack of it) for the Iraq War, and he started saying some nonsense about something he said on Howard Stern.

There were opportunities throughout to attack Hillary on the emails, etc. Trump completely let her off the hook because he is incapable of responding to anything other than a jab at him. Part of the line of questioning is how he handles prior questions.
