It seems like this is an attempt to make a point but I really don't understand it. I was an adult at Purdue and had an awesome time and have no problem with that. I would not do that with my high school even though it was a decidedly average experience. There is a reason we make fun of local townies who have nothing better to do. My point is the city has the same type of people.

Wouldn't you laugh at someone who was Maine South Rick or Rich East Rick?

There was a time when I could tell you the nickname of every Division I team off the top of my head. Last Friday at a bar in Columbus, Ohio I told my wife that and she got out her phone and started testing me. I did miss one or two but I named a whole lot of them. She couldn't believe I knew the Maine Black Bears and the Delaware Blue Hens.
