I apologi if there was already a thread on this as I believe its a couple years old. Just saw the doc on this on Showtime last night. T-Bone Burnett gathered some musicians to put music to the long lost Dylan lyrics and they filmed the making of and released an album . Elvis Costello, Marcus Mumford, the dude from Dawes, some chick named Rhiannon Giddens, Jim James. They came up with some really great arrangements and songs. Highly recommend watching it if you can.
