This is one of those things where liberals are trying to make a controversy where there isn't one. Trump always uses simple words, so he doesn't articulate shit well, but there's nothing wrong with what he said. He was talking about vets that commit suicide. It's fair to say that they clearly could not handle what they saw or did overseas.

I believe the issue surrounds his use of the word strong as a contrast with those who have PTSD. (i.e. It is the result of weakness). I would agree, however, that this is a pretty minor gaffe by Trump standards.
