Speculation is the hand could be his daughter, X-23.

Also, Ryan Reynolds tweeted this yesterday after the Logan poster was released (inside joke if you've seen Deadpool).

Spiderman reboots, I have refused to watch. Fuck yo couch if you think the original movies sucked!

I have no idea what the fuck anyone was smoking, putting that Wolvy origin movie together.....

Ghostrider was fucking terrible! Had sooooo much promise being a Blade like movie.

They can't do the comic book version. Fox doesn't own any of the rights to any of the characters in that comic besides Wolverine.

This is their version of an older Logan. I'm going to wait until at least a trailer before I make a snap judgement. Seems like the studio is giving James Mangold the freedom to go as dark as he wants to, and you know Jackman has been begging for something ultra violent since he was cast as the character.

I wish Disney would buy the characters back. But I do not think we would get rater R movies if that happened.

Nope. Disney does not have the balls to even consider backing a film like Deadpool. The mouse people seem brand obsessive.

Also, if a director even tries to go darker than normal for a PG-13 film they could end up reshooting 40% of their movie just to add lame jokes, and a "happier" vibe. See: Gareth Edwards/ Star Wars: Rogue One

I don't walk this path with you. I have almost zero knowledge of comics and their story lines

On a semi related note ,you can get a free month of Marvel Unlimited by using the Code NY16. I am going through the entire run of the Ultimates universe.

you know, the one thing amazing about casting hugh jackman as wolverine is that they managed to find an actor who you figure has to have regenerative powers on par with (or quite possibly beyond) wolverine himself; i mean, look at what he has to come home to more often than not FFS!
