They beefed his stable up a little too much. They didn't need that extra guy. In addition is the belief that Bray may be the worst worker of the group. That was Erik Rowan.

Bray's first match against Kane when they carried him out, they stood have worked the conversion angle. Take Kane back to the compound and make him into a monster. Didn't happen.

Then the Cena feud happened and Bray got as close to Undertaker in the PG era as anybody. The singing choir in St. Louis and the breaking of Cena was awesome. Then the cage match with the creepy kid and Mania happened and Bray lost. The magic was gone.

Jericho to me has always been one of the more underrated guys in the organization. He had top notch Mike skills in addition to being a pretty good in ring guy. He gets over as either a face or heel and he is an effective jobber.

They have slapped belts on him but you never had the feeling that he was "thee" guy in the organization. Whether it be HHH, Cena, Rock, Stone Cold, Lesnar, etc it always felt as though he'd have to take 2 to 3 backseats.

Definitely great work by Jericho; he came back as a face and did not get over whatsoever. He turned heel (Reigns, hello?) and has been in some great feuds with guys, putting them over and not hurting himself in the process.

Watching Raw last night, how he subtly put Stephanie on the list and then later scratched her off after giving him an opportunity to get in the title match in HIAC is an example of body language that younger talent should study.
