i think he got fucked up pretty good when he got hit in the face in 2013. that said, even with his post-faceball decline i think he STILL choked under pressure this year and did even worse. he looks really meticulous and methodical up there like he's doing everything possible to be emanski-caliber fundamentally sound so he doesn't get hit in the face again!

I could see that, but he's so below what even an average year would be that it can't only be mental. Hell, you'd think he'd occasionally run into a hit here or there.
