I know this is a poor time to do it but yet another example of how Cubs fans didn't embrace the "lovable losers" thing.

Also, I was at a resort that didn't have FS1 in the room so the bar was packed. A female Cubs fan was wearing a 1908 Cubs shirt and a Cubs hat.

But, as I was told, the Cubs fans never embraced the "lovable losers" thing.

The Cubs upset you a great deal. Talk to us. Let it out.

In all seriousness, what do you think when you see a Cubs fan wearing a 1908 shirt?

It seems like something that JORR should be wearing and not a die hard Cubs fan who is watching every pitch.

That there are a lot of turdy Cub fans (and sports fans in general). Some fans make me cringe with how corny they are; it doesn't really affect me, though. I honestly find the Bears fan base to be way more ridiculous than the Cubs'. That's just me.

Didn't they play When the Levee Breaks on the PA? Or did that not happen or happen at a different stadium?

mac wanted them to blast "rock you like a hurricane".

i tried to call in a WYC about that when he wrote a piece about how unruly flyers fans were back in 2010 when the blackhawks clinched the stanley cup. but it was rejected because mac "wasn't on the score at that time".

they were referring to the 2007 NFC championship game comment (when he wanted to do "rock you like a hurricane). it was still a bullshit brush off.

He was sitting with Theo and keeping score. When have you ever seen Cusack do that?

Thank God Theo hugged his wife first.

It was touch and go right before that final out.

No question of his fandom. His Cubiness is legendary. Goal props.

Edit: Total props.

Celebrating in clubhouse like he's a teammate?

Well credit to him for not wanting to be the center of his own attention. Kap and Holly just tried to interview him and he declined.
