Always go all out for the win. Close the door 100% every time, do not give the opponent any hope to build on.

There it is, the worst Harry Caray anyone has ever attempted. It was a not-even-wrong impression.

Do you project this type of negativity on everything in your life?

They can bring him in if the Cubs score a couple runs. He might be needed in a close game tomorrow.

The Cubs weren't suppose to win this game. They were suppose to win Hendricks vs Tomlin though and couldn't manage a run.

Cubs should win tomorrow but who knows at this point.

They wouldn't be the Cubs if they didn't embarrass themselves while the world is watching, would they?

God that forced 7th inning stretch after the Cubs had their hearts ripped out by a kid who grew up in the heart of what passes for Cub country in the metro area is wonderful. They had to go through that whole charade together, and it was televised for the whole world to see. That "tradition" can never be taken seriously again.

Yes.

Lester vs Bauer. Cubs should win.

Arrieta vs Tomlin. Indians should win. (I would have said a coin flip before Game 3).

Kluber vs Hendricks is a coin flip.

They're not winning three in a row but they should take it back to Cleveland.

I'm sure it would please a number of people if this series were truly over and the Cubs had lost. But this series is far from over. Lester has been mostly exceptional in World Series games and he will have a favorable matchup tomorrow. So should the Indians hand onto their 7-1 lead tonight, the Cubs can find a way to win behind Lester tomorrow and then go back to Cleveland and see if they can't put together a 3 game winning streak as they have many times this year against good teams. It's far from over....

Its interesting because the Cubs have the definite advantage in games 5 and 6 matchup wise, but they look just as dead as they did once the Mets stepped up and hit them in the mouth. Even some garbage Reds pitcher the Cubs built their season on could beat them tomorrow, they look like they've quit.

Cleveland's been kicking everyones ass this playoff so this shouldnt be surprising. They also had a chip no their shoulder about being overlooked each series.

What a shit weekend this turned out to be.

Win tomorrow and then maybe Arietta can pitch a gem. Then game 7 anything can happen.

But i wouldn't be surprised if Cle wins it at wrigley tomorrow.

Yeah, and they looked just as dead against Kershaw and Hill in the NLCS, before stringing together 3 very good games.

Nah they are definitely looking quite a bit deader now.

This series turned when Baez struck out in the 9th last night with 2 on.

Baez and Contreras look like they just got out of single A ball.

No, the narrative was the same then. Whether you want this to be worse somehow or not, it was really quite the same.
