I think there are a lot of bad teams in the NL but a team like the Cubs is probably still a 100 win team in the AL. In fact they would love to have the DH come to the NL.

The AL and NL both use the same rules when the teams play each other.

Most AL teams don't have a "professional DH" and some NL teams do, or at least they have guys who would be if they played in the other league. This is a dumb argument to explain AL dominance which also exists in NL ballparks when no DH is used. Try again.
