Russell's was nice, but Konerko had such control he was able to hit it to this specific seat in the outfield -- that takes a lot of talent to pull off. Russell looked like he was happy to hit it wherever it landed.

Konerko's was huge at the time because WSOX were down in the game. At the time the hit was a thing of beauty. Konerko was an absolute pro in how he handled the moment.
Russell's hit was early in an elimination game that flew down a tunnel in straight away center field. Awesome shot and he wasn't a dick about it.
