Given the pressure that others often cite, I think it's a fair question. Discuss...

Well, clearly, they're gonna win a few more. May as well factor those in.

Ok then,

Boyd's Top 10 list of Greatest Champions in the History of Sports (in order):

1. Montreal Canadiens
2. New York Yankees (glorious)
3. Detroit Red Wings
4. Los Angeles Lakers
5. Boston Celtics
6. Pittsburgh Steelers
7. New England Patriots
8. Rocky Marciano (he beat Joe Louis' ass)
9. The San Francisco 49ers
10. The Chicago Bulls (thanks DT; even as a Sox fan, fuck the Cardinals)

In a battle of incompetent bullpens and managerial boobery in Game 7, the Cubs were least incompetent, despite their best efforts.

Winning 6 of 8 (in two groups of threes) doesn't put da Boo on your list?

You're a soccer fruit ... why not Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, or Man U?

I forgot about the Bulls.

I love soccer, but Real is nothing but a front for Spain's facist government (think Red Army hockey team), Bayern is meh, and ManYoo are a bunch of fucks (British soccer is so hard line that as an Arsenal fan, well, fuck ManYoo)

If they win 3 or more titles in a 4-5 year period, let the discussion begin. Injuries and such can derail a team that otherwise might do great things. have to let it play out. But off to a good start.

I just came across this gem of a list and I am literally laughing so hard that I spilled coffee on my groin and penis. I will be fine because my pants absorbed most of the heat.

It looks like SJBoyd needs a refresher course in basic common sense and sports history.

Ha ha ha!

Serious question...where would Cael Sanderson rank compared to Gable? As someone who knows pretty much nothing about college wrestling and has attended a grand total of one such meet, I'm pretty naïve about how the sport in Sanderson's day compared to Gable's, but the guy did literally go undefeated for his entire college career and won four national titles.

edit: still curious on the question but obviously with coaching added in, Gable is a no brainer over Sanderson.
