Exactly..... Had they wanted Miller and Chapman, Schwarber would have to have been in the deal. Instead they won and still have Schwarber. They probably will need to go get another closer for 2017 and I do not want Chapman back. Jensen if they can get him (he's a free agent) would be ideal. They made about 27-32 million extra in revenue from the playoffs, so they should be able to make that move.

That may have been the greatest game in MLB history. Ups, downs, twists, back story, the players involved, cities involved, lead-off HR, 2-run wild pitch, crazy pitching changes, double switches, Ross HR, Davis HR, the comeback, the rain delay, extra innings.... just incredible. Still can't believe it.

Any chance the White Sox let the Cubs borrow their awesome tagline from a few years ago?

Believe it or not that's one of the healthier things Francona consumes from the published reports in the media.

There was multiple seasons where the Cubs were losing games on purpose, and still put together a better record than the Sox.

I'm saying that I'm trying to objective, I'm not, but I don't know how you can argue for another game. The game itself was gut-wrenching for about 3 straight hours and the stakes were historic for both teams.

One of the most famous storylines in sports was ended by an incredible game. There's no question in my objective opinion.
