I will not miss the 4-5 consecutive anti-Madigan ads that run every break, every damn morning. And I despise the guy.

The idea of Clinton as president makes me angry. The idea of Trump as president scares the shit out of me.

I'd rather be pissed than scared.

Hillary CLinton has a better grasp on the inner workings of govt than either of them. She also is pragmatic and isn't afraid to work with the other side. She probably will amass more votes than any person that has ever run for President. She has a sizable Pro-Hillary faction. In fact this faction attempted to have her run for President in 12. This notion that she is the Anti Trump candidate is mostly cooked by Never Trumpers that just cant seem to accept the fact that they supported such a flawed candidate.

She will be fine as President

She will be a disaster or really good.

Some republican talk show host/author named Gregg Jackson just called Hillary Clinton "a fourth degree coven witch"  , and when the host (Thom Hartmann) asked him what that is and what prompted that description, the guy said Hartmann knew what it was and got pissy claiming that with those questions, the discussion only then got foolish.

Why do republicans believe so adamantly and openly now in witches and witchcraft???

I caught highlights on my phone...was at a bachelor party the night before...I was actually happy they got the draw...I half expected this to be yet another standard Arsenal trap game.

yeah pretty much same here. after i said "ok gifting spuds that penalty was quite possibly a makeup for any and all offsides on the wimmer (aka "wummer" =) OG that put >us up 1-0, yeah, i'm actually not devastated today cuz we didn't manage to totally bottle it in the last 15-20mins"

of course some of my cohorts in #arsenal have their heads in a better place (than wenger's ass, ofc ;) and were legit like "this ruined my whole fucking rest of the weekend" because they saw yesterday as losing 2 points TO SPURS instead of gaining 3 (whereas, honestly, we only lost 2 to chelsea and LFC and once again didn't take advantage of getting 2 [more] on city when they got BORO'd just like we did a couple'a weeks ago --- c'est la arsenal, no? =)

TLDR = stay away from me and boyd cuz we could end up still being contagious and trust me, you don't want any part of this nagging case of arsenalitis me and senor 0-1-37 have got

If they are printed, its because Hillary is going to destroy Trump. The election will be called for her shortly after the polls close on the east coast. She's winning PA, OH, and FL and it will be over before you can settle in to enjoy the coverage.

I questioned that until this morning. Last week all I heard was that Trump was out front by 4-5 points. Today it's being called a one point race either way, with ridiculously long lines of people early voting in the right parts of the state.

I don't think it was ever close. They want eyeballs on CNN and Fox News so they had to manufacture some close races.

honestly, i hope to god that not even 1 single US presidency election has ever technically been "real" or "100% legit" in much the same way that i hope that the moon landing was just a big giant psychological operation to test the power/s of the media to see if they could convince people en masse of some totally arbitrary (and really utterly meaningless if you think about it) fantastic thing like "YEAH WE PUT A MAN ON THE MOON!" --- i totally root for a much cooler world than the one we most likely live in.

as always, the truth is above my paygrade; i'm just assuming that "we the people" never had any sort of real "juice in the game" but i totally understand why this is a ridicule-worthy belief en masse and i certainly hope that if you guys ARE in charge of America's Next Top President(TM) that you guys-n-gals go out and pick the right one! don't let us nihilists down! *floats in a pool with his boy karl hungus*

if the last ~6-9 months of internet-based political discourse/dialogue/conversation/etc has taught me anything it's that after a post like this we're about to encounter people coming up with their cleverest ways to ad-hominem [trump supporters] and carry on with an air of intelligentsia and (of course) "Don Tiny's GOOD UPSTANDING PEOPLE(TM)" in perpetual juxtapose with [those trump supporters aka "insert pejorative here"]

THAT SAID, it'll still be interesting to see what happens, that's for damn sure something i will never ever in a million billion bazillion googleplex years will ever deny!

Did you ever define your criteria for "getting destroyed"?

I don't think a four- or five-point victory in the popular vote counts as a landslide, especially given Trump's ignorance on most public policy issues and the overt bigotry of his campaign.

You said he had no chance of winning back in May. I personally shouted you down. You turned out to be right but I'd still shout you down because your stance was "He cant win because he cant win." He could have won but he decided not preparing for debates and doubling down on random accusations was his best chance to win
