For the dedicated Cub fan that won't receive an invitation, but still longs to be part of the festivities.

Bryant, 24, said people have already started sending him gifts from his registries. He's also registered at Bed Bath and Beyond. Several items were available for purchase Tuesday morning, including a bronze lotion dispenser ($17.99) and a $499.99 blender in "polar white."

Please post what gifts you sent the happy couple.

I cannot believe he and his fiancée were not part of the Disney celebration.

Anyway, Cub fans living up to their reputation as followers very well this off season. Rizzo copies Konerko by giving the ball to the owner. Cub fans follow Indian fans by buying things on a player's bridal registry. Cub follow the White Sox in winning the World Series.

I can't wait to send a wedding gift to a millionaire who I have never met. Could you please post a link to the registry, Seacrest?

You'll have plenty of ammo when they go 1 playoff appearance in 11 years following their Series win too.

His 2016 salary was $652,000. You figure more than half of that goes to taxes and his agent, so what does that leave him?

or endorsement deals

His creeper dad could have paid for everything on the registry if he hadn't quit his job in order to be a full time coach to his child. That freak show story seems to get hidden as guys like Kap try to curry friendship with the guy.

I just hope the Cubs do not follow the Sox in becoming woefully inept and having losing season after losing season and becoming totally irrelevant. I much prefer the sustained success model Theo has created. I prefer the exceptional minor league system they have in place now, as well as al the streams of revenue they are putting in place to ensure they can keep all the outstanding players they want to keep, as well as signing key free agents when needed.

Yeah, that was actually pretty good.

For Jimmy's standards, it was like hitting a walk-off Grand Slam.

He's kinda cute.

It seems like they doubled up on a lot of stuff on the registry. Kinda weird.

He's so awful, but I know he pisses Sox fans off so bad. It's like when I had to hate-cheer for Jim Edmonds.

I like Bryant, but it's incredibly bad form to register for a wedding when you're already a multimillionaire and will likely be worth hundreds of millions in coming years.

Maybe he has family that are not well off that would like to give him gifts? I doubt he thought it would be public and get fan gifts.

He's got a dad who didn't work through most of his formative years and the family lives in las vegas. Of course he has family that is not well off.

And he's registered a Bed Bath and Beyond. Bottom of the barrel right there.

He's 24 and a MLB star. Maybe he's smart in that the inevitable divorce will occur before his next contract.
