I guess this is then latest SJW trend where liberals with massive amounts of white guilt can signal to each other that they are not one of the deplorables.

I find it very amusing that they are pretending that minorities/gay people/refugees/etc are going to know what the fuck this is, and then suddenly feel comforted.

They forgot to all caps MANY.

Rednecks have been doing this for decades, with the ol' fishing hook on the hat bill.

Do you support immigrants or did you not clean-up the dry cleaning tags?

Wayne Stylie's coat is full of safety pins, but they still have the ski lift tickets attached to them.

If we ever do replace 'In God We Trust' on our money, it should be with 'Activity Is Not Accomplishment'.

Just remember there's an intricate code at work here, if it's a safety pin, you take it in the ass, but if it's a bobby pin, it means you take it in the ass raw.

I'm really uncomfortable with my post now that everyone's quoting it. I feel like how I feel when denisdman works blue every now and then.

I might make it my signature.

It's kind of a The More You Know moment.

I might do it, who cares? It takes almost no effort and there's a chance it may actually help someone feel better. Is it even a small chance? Probably not, but I have an acquaintance that was planning on coming out but he changed his mind after the election. I know if he's sees this from other people, no matter how trite we want to make it seem, he'll feel better. Again, little to no effort and someone may feel better because you did it and there's no downside. Why would anyone care?

I put a safety pin in the pineapple that sits on my front porch.

Has Trump ever made any negative comments about gays? There have obviously been the comments about Mexicans and Muslims but I don't recall him saying anything about homosexuals, etc.

He is against gay marriage.

He did actually. Said he's going to make them into fabulous lampshades.

I think Trump has generally been pretty supportive of the LGBT movement or whatever it is these days. The worry comes from the idea that Mike Pence will secretly be the one pulling the strings, and he is decidedly not a friend of that group.

Mike Pence is one of the biggest gay haters around. Do you think a Republican House, Senate, Supreme Court, and President will be good for the gays?

As long as we can get enough people wearing safety pins, Mike Pence and his evil hatred will be completely powerless.
