Yes, it was no problem sending the money to bigfan. The problem was him not sending the money back to those who won. I finished in second place, and he never paid me. I finally just told him to put it towards the bar tab at a bored event. I bought beers and I wasn't even there. What a great guy I am.

In last year's NCAA contest, bigfan made a mistake and eliminated Leash. Bigfan didn't even know how to read the point spreads, and MANY of us pointed out that he made an error. His response to leash was simply "READS JUST FINE". He was wrong, yet he could not have been more of a condescending asshole about it. When he finally realized that he was wrong, he deleted all of the posts, properly credited leash with his win, and moved on like nothing happened. Bigfan really is just a fucking idiot. I mean, dumber than a bag of rocks.

I also have a sweatshirt in the mail from winning the football betting contest in 2010. Must be taking the long way to arrive.

I won Brick's QB competition and he sent $50 dollar NFL shop credit right away.

edit: important to note, I used the money to purchase a Cutler jersey for my son. A real salt in the wound move to Rick...

I want to apologize to everyone on some serious slippage on the NASCAR and now the football contests.

Been seriously busy fighting a relapse into video gaming and now being on the same work schedule as future Mrs. 'Spiracy has heavily crimped my message boarding.

The NASCAR finale is Sunday and I've barely had time to watch the DVR on fast forward.

Doesn't the death pool count as a contest???
