I recorded this and just watched it with my stepson last night. Always boggles the mind how all this magic stuff happens. The
bullet in the cup thing definitely seems legit and extremely dangerous. I was impressed.

I watched the part where he laser aimed it at what looked like ballistic rubber contained in some sort of mouth guard...Is this the cup? He remotely shot himself in his bulletproofed mouth. I certainly wouldn't do it.

Yes, he essentially was holding a metal cup in his mouth with a mouth guard. It was poorly designed and broke during his test shot and during the shot in front of a live audience.
They have the whole thing on video in super slo-mo and he shoots himself in the mouth and walks away. One of the crazier things I have ever seen.
