I never mentioned Hillary Clinton.

But I'm trying to understand. Is it the editorial stance of "The Paper of Record" that building a few hotels with partners in India has more potential for conflict than running a foundation that accepts 8 figure "donations" from foreign governments? I certainly assume that's your stance.

In order to clear up the ambiguity regarding the term "Never Trumper" I will heretofore refer to this group as "Those that Never Talk About Trump" really wasn't trying to go there but this particular group is now trying to focus on this term as a reason to not Talk about Trump.

When Trump infamously said that he could stand in the middle of 5th ave and shoot someone and people who still vote for him who knew that he would have this message board in mind.

  That's just a lot to type. TTNTAT, the acronym is even too busy. If Trump taught us anything, its that the American people need a quick snappy soundbite.

We are talking about Trump. We agree that foreign business interests could have the potential for conflict. But we're also wondering why you feel that doesn't apply in certain cases.

Still waging war against Hillary Clinton? Is there ever going to be an expiration date on that? This is a big deal whether Never Trumpers believe so or not.

I'm going to start calling myself a vegetarian but I'm going to change the definition to mean that I eat fruit and vegetables but also meat.

We are talking about Trump. We agree that foreign business interests could have the potential for conflict. But we're also wondering why you feel that doesn't apply in certain cases.

What areas are those?

There is a very B&B esque quality to the whole "Thou shalt not speak ill of Trump" movement.

The Organization That Claims To Be Vegetarian & Then Participates In McNugget Eating Contests.

Maybe he'll start the Trump Foundation and accept money from the Saudis.

If you read the article the guy specifically says that he expects the business that he conducts to pick up now that Trump is President. Forget about the generalities regarding "foreign business interests". Let's focus on what was actually in the article.

Turn on a TV and all you see is anti-Trump rhetoric (unless you seek out the Hannity's of the world).

Is that why he is vehemently defended all the time on here? That evil liberal media thing again? We can't keep looking at everything through a partisan glass everytime?

I'm black and a Democrat. I probably criticize Obama more than anyone on here. I defend Hillary Clinton but I have also criticized her for the way she ran her campaign. I also defend her because in a number of instances I don't believe she gets a fair shake. This sort of proves it. This isn't something that should be ignored. Even the Trump bootlicking Scarborough said that this is a little shady.

I think that's part of it. I also think that you are being more partisan on this subject than you can care to admit.

Almost no one is vehemently defending him.

Some are willing to let him, I don't know, actually be in office for a day before we act like he is destroying our country.

I was a big McCain fan in 2008. When Obama won, I accepted it and let Obama create his own legacy and be judged based on his actions in office. The election is over. Hillary lost. Trump won. As soon as he messes up in office, and I think he will, then people will get on him for it.

Can you identify these posts for me? Despite their apparent stridence and ubiquity, I am having difficulty finding them.

Trumpets are easy to identify and the Closet Trumpets have gotten increasingly comfortable.
