In a totalitarian system what the fuck do you think the education system is used for?

As Castro himself said (paraphrasing) he could die at any time and it wouldn't matter because their was a legion of young people ready to go.

Some posters in here just twisting themselves up into knots here. Just painful to watch, amusing, but painful.

Then again the American Left had a love affair with Uncle Joe over in the Soviet Union way back when so none of this claptrap should be surprising.

If you don't believe that there is a level of indoctrination in the US education system then perhaps you should log off and leave this discussion for the adults.

We aren't talking about the U.S. education system. We are talking about the Cuban education system. indoctrination isn't just a small part of it, it's the main driver. And me stating the obvious doesn't mean that I don't believe what you say about the U.S. education system.

Your post is so fucking odd.

How does one celebrate the death of Castro while simultaneously admire Putin?

You are attacking a system that does the same things your current system in the US does.

It's pretty odd that you laugh at obvious in Cuba's system while missing the same in your own system.

But the problem is that if you cross devotion to chiropractors and anti-vaccination with a commitment to social justice, you just wind up with Jill Stein.

Wasn't talking about ours, I never mentioned ours thus there is no way that you or anyone could know my stance on it or that I "missed" something. You took a leap and fell to your death. So suck my donkey dick which all the bitches want a ride on.

Is there somewhere I actually stated that our education system is propaganda free or something? I've been drinking a lot lately so maybe I missed it.

Enough said.

Btw, what the fuck do you think the education system is used for in our current system?

I used to be a teacher, many moons ago, believe it ain't used for much.
Mostly social and societal engineering. A more soft way but still related to principles of the classical left and cultural Marxists. Subtle Critical Theory (which I admit is kind of contradictory) on a mass scale.

Subtle. But overt in the University setting.
