Many of the people caught on that show were not predators, but idiots that were entrapped on the Internet. It was more than just pre-crime. They literally were not talking to underage people, but it was all good fun to publicly shame them until one of them killed themselves.

And Spaulding is right. By the time someone is 16 they could be an adult biologically for 4-5 years. If they are at a bar or party I don't think most guys are going to ask to verify IDs.
