I dunno, I pass by it all the time at the corner of Mannheim and I want to say Touhy, and the signage is still up. (EDIT: Higgins, whoops)

pro tip to all you youngsters out there: if you are cheap, like me, and want to avoid paying for Allstate Arena parking, park in Shoeless Joe's lot. You can pretend to go in if you feel you will get caught but I don't think it is necessary
