May not accomplish anything, but glad he has the desire to put the work in.

He cannot be any worse from the plate next year.

I like knowing that he's working to improve also. Glad he's not just chalking it up to an off season and taking it lightly.

He wasn't working out with Manny. Marlon Byrd was using the BALCO founder to give him supplements.
